Super Red Hot Sauce
A fiery red hot sauce that will give any dish a real kick.
What you will need
- 25g of habanero chillies
- 100ml of boiling water
- 3 garlic cloves
- Pinch of salt
- Olive oil
- Empty bottle
- Soak 25g of habanero chillies in 100ml of boiling water and leave for 30 minutes to soften.
- Put the drained chillies in a liquidiser with 3 cloves of garlic, a little salt, a slurp of olive oil and enough soaking liquid to make a paste.
- Bottle up and use this red hot condiment with care!
It will keep for a fortnight in the fridge or freezes well.
