Super Red Hot Sauce

Super Hot Sauce

A fiery red hot sauce that will give any dish a real kick.

What you will need

  • 25g of habanero chillies
  • 100ml of boiling water
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Pinch of salt
  • Olive oil
  • Empty bottle


  1. Soak 25g of habanero chillies in 100ml of boiling water and leave for 30 minutes to soften.
  2. Put the drained chillies in a liquidiser with 3 cloves of garlic, a little salt, a slurp of olive oil and enough soaking liquid to make a paste.
  3. Bottle up and use this red hot condiment with care!

It will keep for a fortnight in the fridge or freezes well.
