Soothing Sage Tea

Sage can calm upset tummies and soothe coughs, colds and sore throats.

What you will need

  • 1 table spoon of fresh sage leaves 
  • 1 lemon slice
  • Drop of honey 


  1. Pour freshly boiled water into a mug.
  2. Add the fresh sage leaves and allow to steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Add one slice of lemon and a drop of honey to sweeten.
