Soothing Sage Tea
Sage can calm upset tummies and soothe coughs, colds and sore throats.
What you will need
- 1 table spoon of fresh sage leaves
- 1 lemon slice
- Drop of honey
- Pour freshly boiled water into a mug.
- Add the fresh sage leaves and allow to steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add one slice of lemon and a drop of honey to sweeten.
