Do you have a crop of chilli peppers left from the last harvest?

Chilli pepper plants are annuals but in just 3 simple steps you can save the seeds to ensure you can grow more chilli peppers for the next growing season.

What you will need

Chilli peppers

Sharp knife

Piece of kitchen towel

1. Carefully cut open 1 or more chilli peppers onto a piece of kitchen towel.

2. Scrape the seeds onto the kitchen towel using a knife.

3. Gently fold the kitchen towel over a few times and pop it into an envelope. Make sure to write the plant variety on the envelop so you know what the seeds are when it comes to sowing.
