Borage Ice Cubes
Indigo coloured and star-shaped borage flowers look spectacular as the classic Pimms cup garnish, or look beautiful floating in the glass or frozen into ice cubes.
What you will need
- Borage flowers
- Ice cube tray
- To prepare the flowers, remove each head from the stem by gently teasing it out.
- Half fill an ice cube tray with water. Place borage flowers on top of the water and place in the freezer.
- Once frozen, add more water to fill the top of the ice cube tray and freeze again until you want to use them.
